First Step

  • Approach the employer company and offer the business proposal
  • Formulate all the terms of the deal and finalize them
  • Confirm the business deal with employer’s company
  • Sign the business contract

Second Step

  • Coordinate the various segments of the job order with employer company
  • Prepare the job order and verify for visa approval
  • Get attestation from respective authorities of the respective countries.
  • Deliver the job order to the branch or associate offices of the respective countries

Third Step

  • Prepare the selection criteria and set the selection procedure
  • Source the relevant CV’s according to the job description provided and do the preliminary interviews
  • Arrange interviews for the short listed candidates through different modes i.e. face to face, video or telephone
  • Prepare the final selection list and hand over to the employer company for visa-related purposes
  • Employer’s company selects the final candidates
  • Coordinate with employer’s HR department for job offer procedures, arrangement of required documents, reference checks, etc.
  • Collect the job offer letters and provide it to the candidates and send its copies back to the employers with the acceptance sign of the candidates with medical fit report and other relevant documents required for visa/work permit process.
  • Coordinate further procedures with employer HR until selected candidates join

Fourth Step

  • Collect the visa from Employer Company and start the procedure for deployment.
  • Confirm the flight schedule and deploy the resource

The timeline for the process depends on various factors i.e. Employer Company response rate, Country of selection, Legal procedures of selected countries, Month of selection, Number of recruits, Level of candidates required, etc.
